c. You may freely distribute this Program provided that the you do not require compensation for the Program and this manual be distributed with the Program;
d. You may not sell, lease, or rent the Program or this license to any other person;

Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall Quark, Inc. be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in any way relating to the use or arising out of the use of the enclosed software.
